Working with Atlas Ocean Voyages, Cabin Select developed an enhanced promotional engine designed to give guests and travel advisors greater choice while automatically managing the rules behind complex cruise offers.
Integrated directly into the booking journey, the functionality dynamically determines which promotional benefits are available based on the selected sailing, fare and cabin grade.
Rather than applying a single promotion across every booking, cruise lines can offer multiple benefits and control how many a guest is entitled to select. Guests booking a higher-category suite may be able to select three promotional benefits, while guests booking another cabin category may be entitled to choose one or two.
When a cabin is added to the basket, Cabin Select automatically identifies the applicable promotion and presents the eligible options to the guest or travel advisor. The system controls the number of benefits that can be selected based on the promotional rules associated with that booking.
